It requires the use of the TRX Suspension trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100's of exercises.

Short for Metabolic Conditioning. This class combines burst of cardio with light weight/bodyweight movements. Want to burn some calories and sweat a little? MetCon will get your blood pumping, sweat dripping and muscles growing.
