My name is Bryan Ozog and I am the owner of TBF & 12 North Crossfit. I'm a local- born and raised in the area. In my "glory days" I was a 3 sport athlete at Poland High School playing soccer, basketball and baseball. I attended Clarkson University and graduated with a B.S in Finance in 2006. Always an athlete, I expanded my sports background by playing rugby while attending Clarkson.
In 2009, I turned my passion into a business and acquired the old Brick Bodies fitness facility and changed the name to Total Body Health & Fitness. In 2014, I was introduced to the worldwide phenomenon CROSSFIT and immediately fell in love with it and added it to the TBF offering. I am now a LEVEL 2 Crossfit Certified Coach and Kettlebell Certified and I'm always looking to take my coaching and love of fitness to another level.
I also own Northern Sprayfoam Insulation and currently reside in Deerfield with my amazing girlfriend and 5 month old son. I always enjoy helping members of the community become part of our fitness family. Stop in and say hi!
