Pound is an instructor led, group fitness class inspired by drumming. Using Ripstix, a lightly weighted drumstick engineered specifically for exercising, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly efficient way of working out.

It combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements.

Designed for all fitness levels.


Spinning, (indoor cycling), is a form of aerobic exercise that uses a stationary bike to simulate outdoor riding. Usually done in a class with an instructor, that takes you on a 45-60 minute ride, choreographed to music.

The Spinning program was derived from real road cycling and combines three basic hand positions and five core movements that are simple, fun and easy to learn.

With a distinct core philosophy, solid programming and a bike designed to fit all shapes, sizes and abilities, The Spinning Program has always had the singular goal of brining health and fitness to every lifestyle.

CSI (cardio strength intervals)

CSI combines various cardio formats that may include step, plyometrics with muscle conditioning and low impact movement.
Format changes every class. Core movements and stretching are also included.

Core Cycle

Combo class of Spinning ( indoor cycling), and core training. Core training targets your abdominals, obliques, lower back and glutes.

A Hybrid workout that combines yoga and Pilate techniques with flexibility and strength training disciplines.
Class includes dynamic moves to raise your heart rate using dumbbells, fit balls, Pilates rings, and your own body weight.

Fit for Life

A Functional skills class focusing on strength, flexibility and balance.
